Gucci Health & Safety Coordinator

- Plan and coordinate medical examinations, including preventive, periodic, and on-demand visits.
- Verify and archive health documentation, managing cases with potential limitations or prescriptions.
- Update internal databases concerning new entries and fitness status.
- Support the Competent Doctor and RSPP during inspections and in managing potential issues.
- Organize mandatory general and specific safety training as per current regulations.
- Manage logistics and administration of specialized courses (first aid, fire safety, supervisors, RLS).
- Collect and manage quotes for external training activities.
- Record and update training data in dedicated databases and monitor deadlines.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing checklists prepared by supervisors.
- Maintain constant communication with the Facility area for managing improvements or reports.
- Contribute to operational control activities supporting the H&S management system.
- Compile DUVRI for service and maintenance suppliers, including occasional suppliers.
- Maintain and update documentation and formats in use.
- Collaborate with internal contacts to ensure document compliance and completeness.
- Coordinate consistently with H&S colleagues, RSPP, and area supervisors to ensure uniform and effective activity management.
- Proactively contribute to process improvement and the dissemination of safety culture.
- High school diploma, preferably with a technical focus, or a professional qualification in a relevant H&S field.
- Desirable certifications or specific H&S training (e.g., basic RSPP/ASPP modules or courses as per DLgs 81/08).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in operational/administrative support activities.
- Excellent organizational skills, precision, and quality orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in main IT tools (Word, Excel).
- Basic knowledge of the English language.
