Gucci Head Restaurant Manager

- Lead, organise and develop the front-of-house team, ensuring consistent delivery of luxury hospitality standards.
- Maintain an active, hands-on presence on the floor to coordinate service and uphold guest experience during operations.
- Oversee the wine cellar with responsibility for stock control, inventory accuracy and cellar organisation.
- Cultivate and promote wine culture across the team through training, tastings and service standards.
- Monitor and analyse operational performance using Excel; prepare clear, executive-ready reports and presentations in PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to sustain and evolve Gucci Osteria’s service standards and operational procedures.
- Proven background in fine dining, ideally within Michelin-starred restaurants.
- Extensive wine knowledge and demonstrable experience managing a structured wine cellar.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities with a hands-on management style.
- Excellent organisational skills with close attention to operational detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and performance analysis.

Significant experience in high-end or Michelin-starred dining environments, with a track record of leading front-of-house teams and managing wine programmes and cellar operations.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent professional experience in luxury hospitality.
