1. Lead, organise and develop the front-of-house team, ensuring consistent delivery of luxury hospitality standards.
2. Maintain an active, hands-on presence on the floor to coordinate service and uphold guest experience during operations.
3. Oversee the wine cellar with responsibility for stock control, inventory accuracy and cellar organisation.
4. Cultivate and promote wine culture across the team through training, tastings and service standards.
5. Monitor and analyse operational performance using Excel; prepare clear, executive-ready reports and presentations in PowerPoint.
6. Collaborate with senior leadership to sustain and evolve Gucci Osteria’s service standards and operational procedures.

1. Proven background in fine dining, ideally within Michelin-starred restaurants.
2. Extensive wine knowledge and demonstrable experience managing a structured wine cellar.
3. Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities with a hands-on management style.
4. Excellent organisational skills with close attention to operational detail.
5. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and performance analysis.

Significant experience in high-end or Michelin-starred dining environments, with a track record of leading front-of-house teams and managing wine programmes and cellar operations.

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent professional experience in luxury hospitality.
