- Develop and execute a comprehensive yearly calendar of client activations aligned with fashion institutional moments, brand milestones, and commercial opportunities.
- Design and implement a menu of bespoke experiences for top client segments.
- Coordinate and enhance institutional client experiences at Gucci's historic locations and through the Kering Group network.
- Establish standard guidelines for regional high-end events in collaboration with Visual Merchandising, ensuring brand consistency.
- Lead project teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring adherence to financial frameworks for ROI.
- Develop international client experiences for top clients, including fashion shows and prestigious events like the Festival de Cannes.
- Collaborate with retail teams to maximize business opportunities during client experiences.
- Manage the global budget and coordinate with regional teams for local budget allocations, ensuring cost-efficiency and strategic alignment.
- Innovate and develop engaging, cost-effective formats for in-store activations.
- Provide clear guidelines to regional teams to ensure excellence in execution.
- Prepare briefs for external agencies, outlining client targets and business objectives for each activation.
- Collaborate with global and regional counterparts and external partners to ensure seamless execution of client activations.
- Deliver strategic reporting on activations, synthesizing insights and results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Explore new agencies and concepts in alignment with global brand guidelines and strategy.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activations.
- 10 years of experience in client experience or event production roles within the luxury industry.
- Deep understanding of retail dynamics and the ability to blend creativity with practical execution.
- Proven track record in project management and problem-solving, delivering high-impact projects with high-quality standards.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in managing external agencies and delivering actionable outputs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and budget management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and client relationship management capabilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, curious, pragmatic, and results-driven.
- Fluent in English, with at least a basic understanding of Italian.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- International experience is a plus.
