Gucci Front-of-House Manager

- Lead, organise and coach the front-of-house team, setting service standards and developing individual skills.
- Actively supervise and coordinate daily service on the dining room floor, maintaining a visible, hands-on presence during covers.
- Manage the wine cellar including stock control, procurement coordination, inventory reconciliation and cellar organisation.
- Cultivate and promote a strong wine culture across the team through training, tastings and menu collaboration.
- Monitor operational performance and commercial KPIs, preparing analyses and reports using Excel.
- Produce clear presentations and executive summaries for leadership using PowerPoint.
- Work with senior leadership to preserve and evolve Gucci Osteria service standards, guest experience and brand alignment.
- Proven track record in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants, with supervisory or managerial responsibility.
- Deep wine knowledge and demonstrated experience managing structured wine cellars and inventory.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development, scheduling and performance management.
- Hands-on, service-oriented approach with consistent presence on the floor during service.
- Excellent organisational aptitude and meticulous attention to operational detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Significant experience in high-end gastronomy, ideally within Michelin-starred or equivalently exacting establishments, with prior responsibility for front-of-house operations and cellar management.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Sommelier certification or equivalent professional experience preferred.
