1. Oversee financial management, planning, and budgeting, ensuring effective disbursement and expenditure monitoring.
2. Strengthen internal controls and produce regular financial reports and analysis for management.
3. Participate in ad hoc projects, including evaluating new business opportunities.
4. Prepare, present, and explain all financial information, partnering with key stakeholders across the business.
5. Analyze financial trends and key performance indicators, including revenues, operating expenses, and cash flow.
6. Prepare annual budgets and budget revisions, as well as reporting packages and executive presentations.
7. Collaborate with Retail, Store Planning, and Legal Departments on new commercial projects, providing financial simulations and insights.
8. Review contracts with business partners and oversee negotiations and contract definitions.
9. Support decision-making for staffing in stores and analyze personnel cost variances.
10. Oversee inventory control, including price changes, stock takes, and cycle counts.
11. Coordinate materials and feedback for internal and external audits.
12. Develop and mentor the finance and warehouse team.

1. 5+ years of experience as a Finance Senior Manager or Controller, preferably in a multinational retail company.
2. Strong financial analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, with intermediate Excel skills required.
4. Proficiency in Hyperion is a plus.
