Gucci Financial Analyst - Store Expenses

1. Process month-end accruals and reclassifications for operating expenses
2. Update monthly financial reporting package for budget holders, including variance analysis
3. Provide guidance to budget holders and collaborate to control costs
4. Review and approve invoices ensuring proper coding and assignment
5. Prepare data for internal and external auditors
6. Develop projection models for retail expenses and related balance sheet accounts
7. Monitor year-to-date performances and spending trends
8. Serve as a financial liaison to retail network and other departments
9. Maintain a rolling projection model for budgeting purposes
10. Participate in the budget/forecast process for store expenses
11. Provide analytical support to store expenses cost centers
12. Analyze complex financial information and provide recommendations
13. Assist in the development or improvement of internal controls and procedures
14. Prepare ad-hoc analysis upon request

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field highly preferred
2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial analysis and cost controls
3. SAP and HFM experience is a plus
4. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
7. Flexibility with scheduling and ability to work longer hours during month-end close
8. Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
9. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial analysis and cost controls.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $70,000 - $80,000.
