Gucci Financial Analyst - Store Expenses

- Process month-end accruals and reclassifications for operating expenses.
- Update monthly financial reporting package for budget holders, including variance analysis of actuals versus budget/forecast.
- Provide guidance to budget holders on expenses and collaborate to control costs.
- Review and approve invoices ensuring proper coding and assignment.
- Prepare data for internal and external auditors.
- Develop projection models for retail expenses and related balance sheet accounts.
- Monitor year-to-date performance and spending trends against projections.
- Serve as a financial liaison to the retail network and other departments.
- Maintain a rolling projection model for budgeting purposes.
- Participate in the budget/forecast process for store expenses cost centers.
- Provide analytical support to store expenses cost centers.
- Analyze complex financial information and provide recommendations to management.
- Assist in developing or improving internal controls and corporate procedures.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial analysis and cost controls.
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
A minimum of 3 years in financial analysis and cost controls, with experience in SAP and HFM considered a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $70,000 - $80,000.
