Gucci Facilities Manager

- Oversee repairs and maintenance, facility operations, and architectural preservation for stores in the South market.
- Collaborate with store management, market directors, and various teams to identify and resolve facility issues.
- Develop and coordinate sustainable solutions for facility maintenance, including scheduling and negotiating with vendors.
- Manage all aspects of retail facilities maintenance, including millwork, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, janitorial, and more.
- Build and maintain relationships with Store Directors and Operations Managers.
- Coordinate layout improvements and special project installations with Store Planning and Worldwide teams.
- Implement and train teams on the use of Service Channel for maintenance coordination.
- Review and negotiate cost proposals and maintain cost summaries for maintenance work.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with Gucci standards and track maintenance records.
- Provide regular status updates to the Director of Facilities and address urgent issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction administration or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a retail facilities role.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Service Channel.
- Knowledge of construction and millwork standards for luxury retail environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
A minimum of 3 years in a retail facilities management role is required.
Bachelor’s degree in construction administration or related field preferred.
The base salary range is $108,000 to $120,000, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
