1. Oversee and manage the HR cost budget for Retail and Corporate departments.
2. Prepare detailed annual HR cost budgets and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
3. Assist in managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for accurate financial reporting.
4. Ensure accurate reflection of FTE data in financial records.
5. Prepare and reconcile monthly reports on FTE headcount and costs, analyzing variances.
6. Track and report on current FTE headcount, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
7. Conduct detailed analysis of labor costs, including fixed and variable costs.
8. Collaborate with HR to maintain accurate FTE records for new hires, terminations, and transfers.
9. Provide financial analysis for special projects and initiatives.
10. Manage and guide one direct report.

1. BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
2. 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and monthly closes
3. Work authorization in the United States

1. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
2. Experience with SAP and ERP systems, preferably Oracle
3. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments

5-7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and monthly closes, with a preference for experience with SAP and ERP systems.

BS/BA in Accounting or Finance

Base salary range is $120,000 to $135,000, dependent on geographic location and experience.
