Gucci Director of Financial Control - Personnel Costs

- Oversee and manage the HR cost budget for Retail and Corporate departments.
- Prepare detailed annual HR cost budgets and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist in managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate reflection of FTE data in financial records.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly reports on FTE headcount and costs, analyzing variances.
- Track and report on current FTE headcount, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
- Conduct detailed analysis of labor costs, including fixed and variable costs.
- Collaborate with HR to maintain accurate FTE records for new hires, terminations, and transfers.
- Provide financial analysis for special projects and initiatives.
- Manage and guide one direct report.
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and monthly closes
- Work authorization in the United States
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with SAP and ERP systems, preferably Oracle
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments
5-7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and monthly closes, with a preference for experience with SAP and ERP systems.
BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
Base salary range is $120,000 to $135,000, dependent on geographic location and experience.
