Gucci Digital Services Manager

- Generate insight-driven analysis to support the growth and optimization of Gucci’s omnichannel services.
- Collaborate with Retail, Client Services, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to increase omnichannel adoption.
- Enhance data reporting by automating workflows and streamlining processes for data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage client behavior data and industry best practices to optimize the digital client journey.
- Manage and support digital and omnichannel initiatives from planning through execution.
- Provide ad hoc data analysis and manage digital projects and omnichannel initiatives as needed.
- Define regional vision and priorities for Digital Services in collaboration with the Director of Digital Services & Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or related consumer-facing environments, with retail experience desired.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, data automation, and data visualization.
- Project management experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solutions- and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness.
- Highly organized and self-directed.
- Adaptability to changing work environments and priorities.
- Portuguese language proficiency is a plus.
3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or related consumer-facing environments, preferably within the luxury digital or retail sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Base salary range: $108,000 - $120,000. Additional compensation may include commissions and participation in an incentive program.
