Gucci Customer Service Specialist

- Monitor daily orders and shipments, addressing discrepancies and managing stock rebalancing.
- Manage customer master data and oversee warehouse movements.
- Engage in direct and indirect customer contact to handle order requests and returns, ensuring exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
- Collaborate with various company departments to align with customer expectations.
- Work with operational teams to ensure compliance with documentation and regulations for inbound and outbound flows across different countries.
- Enrollment in the protected categories list L.68/99 art.8 (disability equal to or greater than 46%).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Diploma in languages or a degree in economics or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Business Intelligence tools for reporting and KPI generation.
- Experience with SAP.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Results-oriented with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.
At least 2 years in customer service or a customer-facing department, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
Diploma in languages or a degree in economics or related fields.
