Gucci Customer Service Intern

- Manage service request tickets and ensure their prompt resolution.
- Analyze customer complaints to provide optimal service.
- Handle customer disputes and follow up on customer requests.
- Monitor and control the resolution timeline of tickets to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate directly with the Product Care Front Office and back-office teams.
- Maintain constant communication with the Product Care Front Office to report potential quality issues or product defects.
- Manage customer claims related to repairs that impact their experience with the brand.
- Coordinate with Customer Service for claims that may escalate into disputes.
- Business school degree or Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- Fluency in English; a third language is appreciated.
- Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening abilities, versatility, and a keen sense of product and fashion.
- Knowledge of Gucci products.
- Mastery of customer service approach, with a focus on identifying and meeting customer needs.
- Flexibility and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
No prior experience required, but a strong understanding of luxury fashion and customer service is advantageous.
Business school degree, Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Compensation based on level of study.
Mandatory internship agreement required, with a duration of 4 to 6 months.
