Gucci Consolidation Specialist

1. Manage the intercompany reconciliation process, investigating and resolving mismatches with intragroup counterparts.
2. Prepare and post IFRS adjustments to local reporting packages to ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and perform additional consolidation entries as required.
3. Execute the monthly run of the Brand consolidated reporting package and deliver commentary and analyses for top management and shareholders.
4. Monitor key financial metrics and analyse variances versus budget and forecast, producing insightful explanations for stakeholders.
5. Coordinate information flow and provide accounting and controlling support to regional offices to ensure consistent application of Group policies.
6. Perform IFRS 16 related analyses using dedicated IT tools and contribute to lease accounting assessments within the consolidation scope.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance.
2. Proven competence with MS Office and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
3. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong analytical orientation with a goal‑driven, proactive mindset.
5. Demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate effectively in a complex matrix organisation.

Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in group consolidation, financial reporting or external reporting within a multinational environment, with hands‑on exposure to IFRS adjustments, intercompany reconciliations and month‑end close processes.

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance.
