Gucci Consolidation Specialist

- Manage the intercompany reconciliation process, investigating and resolving mismatches with intragroup counterparts.
- Prepare and post IFRS adjustments to local reporting packages to ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and perform additional consolidation entries as required.
- Execute the monthly run of the Brand consolidated reporting package and deliver commentary and analyses for top management and shareholders.
- Monitor key financial metrics and analyse variances versus budget and forecast, producing insightful explanations for stakeholders.
- Coordinate information flow and provide accounting and controlling support to regional offices to ensure consistent application of Group policies.
- Perform IFRS 16 related analyses using dedicated IT tools and contribute to lease accounting assessments within the consolidation scope.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance.
- Proven competence with MS Office and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical orientation with a goal‑driven, proactive mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate effectively in a complex matrix organisation.

Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in group consolidation, financial reporting or external reporting within a multinational environment, with hands‑on exposure to IFRS adjustments, intercompany reconciliations and month‑end close processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance.
