- Minimum of one year of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, with a preference for luxury settings.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Professional appearance and grooming.

- Ability to be spontaneous and genuine while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Effective team-working skills.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, luxurious environment and manage multiple priorities.
