1. Inspire and coach store teams in Spain and Portugal to develop a client-oriented mindset and execute clientelling activities.
2. Support daily in-store clientelling activities to enhance customer engagement, sales, and client retention.
3. Communicate with the Southern European Hub to ensure adherence to guidelines and provide feedback on strategy implementation.
4. Translate global guidelines into localized client animation plans to support client acquisition and retention.
5. Cultivate relationships with top-tier clients and establish leadership in the local high-end market.
6. Ensure the implementation of tools and action plans from the Global and Regional Client Engagement Team in stores.
7. Maintain data reliability collected in stores.
8. Collaborate with business partners in Retail, Communications, PR, and Merchandising to strategically plan growth actions.
9. Implement market-relevant clientelling activities to engage local clients.
10. Act as a clientelling reference for Store Directors and Managers.
11. Support and attend local events and in-store gatherings.
12. Manage and allocate the clientelling budget, ensuring accurate monthly reporting on expenditures.

1. Fluent in English
2. 2-3 years of experience in similar roles within luxury fashion brands

2. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

A minimum of 2-3 years in clientelling or similar roles within luxury fashion brands is required.
