- Monitor clienteling metrics for sales teams.
- Calculate retention rates and track progress of VIG and VVIG.
- Assign and track online appointment requests through a dedicated platform.
- Follow up on tasks with sales teams.
- Assist with in-store sales during peak periods.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and clienteling strategies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret clienteling data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills.
Previous experience in luxury retail or clienteling is advantageous but not required.
