Gucci Clienteling Development Assistant Intern

- Assist boutiques with gift requests and meticulously track inventory and gifts offered.
- Monitor and consolidate qualitative feedback from clienteling events.
- Provide operational support for local clienteling events, including invitations and client listings.
- Support boutiques in disseminating CRM campaigns.
- Assist in weekly performance analysis using various monitoring tools.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed.
- Coordinate with the EMEA team on boutique needs for e-cards.
- Translate newsletters and e-cards.
- Conduct competitive analysis on clienteling activities.
- Support daily clienteling service activities.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business school, university, or hospitality school.
- Previous experience in marketing, retail, clienteling, or hospitality is essential.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong understanding of the retail and luxury environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and open-mindedness.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical and synthetic thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Availability and flexibility.
A first experience in marketing, retail, clienteling, or hospitality is required.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
