1. Collaborate with Team Managers to integrate training into daily operations, including store briefings and on-floor coaching.
2. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide training solutions to enhance sales performance and ensure a consistent client experience.
3. Partner with Client Services leaders to assess staff competencies and deliver targeted training to enhance skills and performance.
4. Support the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing training to existing staff to maintain high standards of performance.
5. Track training effectiveness using internal tools, mystery shopping programs, and sales impact analysis.
6. Lead training programs to elevate customer interactions, ensuring personalized service and brand loyalty.
7. Provide real-time feedback and hands-on support to refine selling techniques and client interactions.
8. Develop in-depth product knowledge programs, ensuring teams are well-versed in product storytelling and craftsmanship.
9. Work cross-functionally with store leadership and global training partners to identify training needs and develop impactful learning solutions.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail industry, ideally including retail management.
2. Previous experience in training departments or roles focused on training and developing others.
3. Strong influencing and communication skills.
4. Project management experience.
5. Comfortable working in a store environment with flexible attendance shifts.
6. Strong retail business acumen.
7. Knowledge of adult learning methodologies.
8. Proven experience in presentations and people development.
9. Experience with digital learning platforms and tools.
10. Strong analytical mindset and cultural sensitivity.
11. Adaptable with a proactive, positive attitude.
12. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders.
13. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

A minimum of three years in the retail industry, with a focus on retail management and training roles.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $81,000 to $90,000.
