Gucci Client Relations Advisor

- Execute the Gucci selling ceremony from reception to sale closure, consistently achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional client service underpinned by authoritative knowledge of Gucci’s history, heritage and product range.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue.
- Engage customers on fashion trends and luxury market insights to inspire purchases and reinforce brand affinity.
- Adapt service approach to suit diverse clientele, building trust and long-term loyalty through personalised interactions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records: perform qualitative monitoring and regular updates to client data to support retention and prospecting.
- Implement Gucci visual merchandising guidelines and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are maintained in accordance with company procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming and brand presentation standards at all times.
- Customer-centric mindset with the flexibility to serve diverse clientele.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Prior experience in luxury, retail, fashion or customer-facing service roles preferred.
