Gucci Client Engagement & Communications Intern

1. Manage sample inventory and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adequate support for both local and overseas operations.
2. Assist with the dressing of VIP Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for brand events and handle ad hoc dressing requests.
3. Support the organization and execution of events involving media, VIPs, and KOLs.
4. Coordinate the packing and delivery of gifts to media and VIP KOLs for birthdays, congratulations, and seasonal occasions.
5. Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
6. Conduct research to support public relations planning and competitor monitoring.
7. Maintain the press clip archive and scan materials for periodic reports, tracking media coverage and PR metrics.
8. Update competitor reporting weekly and send editorial email announcements.
9. Compile monthly updates for advertising and editorial tracking, as well as PR clippings reports.
10. Handle SAP reporting requests and draft content such as dressing releases.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR metrics tools.

4. Proactive approach and ability to work independently.

No prior experience required, but internships or coursework in communications or marketing are advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
