1. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
3. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and utilize meaningful customer data for relationship building and client development.
5. Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
6. Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
8. Maintain store security standards for the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
10. Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
11. Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or similar customer service role.
3. Proven ability to exceed sales goals and build lasting customer relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Team-focused with a collaborative approach.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Flexibility to adapt to different customers and work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

A base salary range of $15.00 USD to $17.00 USD, with potential participation in an incentive program.
