1. Provide sophisticated and dedicated customer consultation and optimal client care, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
2. Offer advice and insights on general fashion trends and developments within the luxury market.
3. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on customer retention and service-oriented engagement.
4. Utilize company CRM tools to capture significant customer data, facilitating personalized future customer development opportunities.
5. Ensure the optimal presentation of the sales floor, maintaining brand standards.

1. Professional experience in high-end retail; experience in fashion or luxury sectors is advantageous.
2. Strong enthusiasm for engaging with clients and colleagues.
3. Excellent customer and service orientation.
4. Demonstrated sales acumen with the ability to successfully close sales conversations.
5. Enjoyment of working within an international and familial team environment.
6. Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and its associated products.
7. Fluency in German and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
