- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with Gucci's sales process.
- Deliver a unique service experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients beyond their expectations, showcasing extensive product knowledge.
- Ensure cross-selling and upselling across all product categories.
- Engage in discussions about fashion trends and the luxury market, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they feel comfortable regardless of nationality or personality.
- Maintain up-to-date and complete client information to retain existing customers and develop potential new ones.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets, enhancing and developing store operations.
- Communicate openly and constructively with the team, maintaining a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ensure merchandise displays are neat and adhere to Gucci's visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including product displays and brand image.
- Manage inventory accurately and safely, ensuring stock integrity and security.
- Adhere to Gucci's dress code and grooming standards.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in cross-selling and upselling techniques.
- Attention to detail in maintaining store presentation and inventory management.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service environment is required.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
