1. Achieve all commercial sales targets and key performance indicators, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), cross-selling, and conversion rates.
2. Cultivate and expand a clientele base through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
3. Deliver outstanding client service aligned with Gucci's service standards, ensuring regular and meaningful communication.
4. Address client inquiries and requests promptly, including after-sales services.
5. Provide personalized service that conveys brand passion and anticipates client needs.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience.
7. Assist the Visual Merchandising team in maintaining displays according to global guidelines.
8. Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and awareness of best sellers and new arrivals.
9. Complete all required training and participate in development programs.
10. Support back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
11. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as necessary.
12. Utilize company tools and applications effectively and adhere to all standard operating procedures and company policies.

1. Experience in a similar role within high-volume retail or luxury service environments.
2. Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on sales and achieving KPIs.
