- Achieve all commercial sales targets and key performance indicators, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), cross-selling, and conversion rates.
- Cultivate and expand a clientele base through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Deliver outstanding client service aligned with Gucci's service standards, ensuring regular and meaningful communication.
- Address client inquiries and requests promptly, including after-sales services.
- Provide personalized service that conveys brand passion and anticipates client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Assist the Visual Merchandising team in maintaining displays according to global guidelines.
- Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and awareness of best sellers and new arrivals.
- Complete all required training and participate in development programs.
- Support back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as necessary.
- Utilize company tools and applications effectively and adhere to all standard operating procedures and company policies.
- Experience in a similar role within high-volume retail or luxury service environments.
- Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on sales and achieving KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
