1. Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets and client engagement metrics.
2. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to cultivate brand loyalty.
3. Participate in product knowledge and sales training sessions both in-person and virtually.
4. Assist the back of house team with inventory management and stock processes.

1. Full availability from Monday to Sunday.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
3. Strong brand ambassador with a passion for exceptional service.
