- Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets and client engagement metrics.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to cultivate brand loyalty.
- Participate in product knowledge and sales training sessions both in-person and virtually.
- Assist the back of house team with inventory management and stock processes.
- Full availability from Monday to Sunday.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
- Strong brand ambassador with a passion for exceptional service.
- Collaborative team player focused on achieving store targets.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in luxury retail is preferred, but not mandatory.
