- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Capture meaningful customer data using company tools for client relationship building.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide appropriate follow-up.
- Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.

- Maintain security standards within the store.
- Contribute to upholding the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
- Contribute to daily store operations by maintaining organized stock rooms.

- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
