- Achieve or surpass individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis, contributing to business development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI targets by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data using CRM tools to foster client relationships and personalize future interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ensure store security standards are upheld to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Support visual merchandising by maintaining product displays in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Contribute to store operations by keeping the stock room neat and organized.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies and procedures.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Fluency in German and English.
A minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales or a comparable customer service environment is required.
