- Cultivate and expand a high-value clientele through proactive outreach, personalized service and regular follow-up communications.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Gucci’s vision and aesthetic to foster long‑term client loyalty and advocacy.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling and expert product recommendations.
- Manage client enquiries and after-sales service independently, ensuring timely resolution and outstanding client experience.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across categories and proactively learn about best sellers and new arrivals.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure store displays align with global VM guidelines and local standards.
- Perform daily store operations including cashiering, daily settlement, stock receiving, packing and adherence to in‑store SOPs.
- Support inventory control activities: conduct category scans, assist with cycle counts, replenish display merchandise as required.
- Work collaboratively with the store team and execute other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Minimum 2–3 years of client-facing experience in retail or the service industry; experience in luxury fashion strongly preferred.
- Proven sales orientation with a demonstrable track record in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Customer-service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent decision‑maker with sound judgment and problem‑solving ability.
- Curious, commercially aware and motivated to develop deep product knowledge and a career in luxury retail.

Minimum 2–3 years in a similar client-facing retail or service role; candidates with a proven track record in luxury fashion retail will be prioritized.
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in retail, fashion or related disciplines are advantageous but not mandatory.
