- Deliver the full Gucci selling ceremony from client welcome to sale closure, consistently achieving store and individual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional, informed client service by communicating Gucci’s heritage and product knowledge to elevate customer experience and brand loyalty.
- Proactively manage client relationships via clienteling and CRM: identify needs, maintain qualitative client records, and execute targeted cross‑selling and up‑selling to grow revenue.
- Engage clients on fashion trends and lifestyle, tailoring interactions to diverse tastes and building long‑term rapport and retention.
- Support prospecting efforts to convert new potential clients and expand the store’s client base.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising according to Gucci visual guidelines to ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Maintain floor and stockroom inventory at appropriate levels following company procedures and assist in stock accuracy and replenishment activities.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming, conduct and operational policies to uphold brand image and compliance.
- Client‑centric mindset with flexibility to adapt to a diverse luxury clientele.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to confidently present product storytelling.
- High ethical standards, professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proven team player with collaborative approach and ability to perform in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in luxury, retail, fashion or service environments is preferred.
- Foreign language ability is an advantage.
