1. Represent the brand in-store and deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences at every stage of the buying journey.
2. Advise clients on product features, fit and styling, demonstrating deep knowledge of the collection and current trends.
3. Achieve and contribute to store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and relationship management.
4. Apply brand visual and service standards when presenting merchandise and maintaining boutique presentation.
5. Manage clienteling activities and CRM updates to nurture long‑term client relationships and repeat business.
6. Support store operations including stock replenishment, merchandising, point‑of‑sale transactions and returns in line with company procedures.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client‑centric demeanour.
2. Strong commercial sensibility and a demonstrable drive to meet and exceed sales objectives.
3. Knowledge of fashion/luxury product categories and trends, with attention to brand-specific codes and standards.
4. Capacity to work within a team, adapt to a dynamic retail environment and uphold high presentation standards.

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in fashion, retail management or business is an advantage.
