1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony from welcome to transaction close to achieve store and individual sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional client service underpinned by deep product knowledge of Gucci’s history, heritage and collections.
3. Conduct clienteling activities to identify customer needs and increase sales through targeted cross-selling and upselling.
4. Build and sustain long-term client relationships by engaging customers on fashion trends and luxury market insights.
5. Maintain and update client records in the company CRM to support retention and prospecting activities.
6. Implement Gucci visual merchandising guidelines and ensure displays consistently reflect brand standards.
7. Manage floor and stockroom inventory levels according to company procedures and support store housekeeping.
8. Adhere to Gucci grooming and brand presentation standards at all times.
