1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
3. Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury goods.
5. Build and strengthen relationships with customers by tailoring interactions to diverse client styles.
6. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
