- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's heritage and product offerings.
- Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and suggesting cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, building and strengthening customer relationships.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new customers.
- Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom in line with company policies and procedures.
