1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service experiences by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's heritage and product offerings.
3. Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and suggesting cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, building and strengthening customer relationships.
5. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new customers.
6. Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
7. Maintain inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom in line with company policies and procedures.
