1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products, exceeding customer expectations.
3. Utilize clienteling to understand customer needs, proposing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance sales.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights passionately with clients, building and strengthening customer relationships.
5. Ensure customer comfort and tailor interactions to diverse client styles, maintaining and expanding the customer base through qualitative CRM updates.
6. Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
7. Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in accordance with company policies and procedures.
8. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
