1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
3. Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury goods.
5. Build and strengthen customer relationships by tailoring interactions to diverse customer styles.
6. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new prospects.
7. Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in accordance with company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
