- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history and products, exceeding customer expectations.
- Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring a comfortable shopping experience.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
