1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
3. Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase sales.
4. Communicate with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
5. Build and strengthen relationships with customers by tailoring experiences to diverse client styles.
6. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
7. Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse as per company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
