1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by surpassing client needs through extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
3. Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with clients about trends and the luxury market.
5. Build and strengthen relationships with clients by tailoring experiences to diverse customer styles.
6. Maintain and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new prospects.
7. Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
