1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and individual sales goals.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history and products.
3. Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights with passion to build and strengthen customer relationships.
5. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
6. Manage visual displays according to Gucci's guidelines and maintain inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom.
7. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
