1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and individual sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client needs through extensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
3. Engage in clienteling activities to identify customer needs and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
4. Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, communicating trends and market insights to clients.
5. Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
6. Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
7. Manage visual displays according to Gucci's guidelines and maintain inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom as per company policies.
8. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
