1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
3. Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, building and strengthening client relationships.
5. Maintain and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing customers and identify potential new clients.
6. Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
7. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
8. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
