- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
- Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, building and strengthening client relationships.
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing customers and identify potential new clients.
- Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
