1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and individual sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
3. Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market.
5. Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and maintaining a comfortable shopping experience.
6. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new customers.
7. Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
