1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
3. Enhance sales through clienteling activities, cross-selling, and upselling.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to clients, building and strengthening client relationships.
5. Maintain and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and attract new prospects.
6. Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
7. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse as per company policies.
8. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
