3. Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs, proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance sales.
4. Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, communicating trends and market insights to customers.
5. Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse styles and ensuring comfort.
6. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new prospects.
7. Manage product visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards as per company guidelines.
