2. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
3. Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase sales.
4. Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury products, and communicate effectively with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market.
5. Build and strengthen relationships with customers by adapting to diverse styles and ensuring customer comfort.
6. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing customers and identify potential new clients.
7. Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse according to company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
