- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
- Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase sales.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury products, and communicate effectively with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers by adapting to diverse styles and ensuring customer comfort.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing customers and identify potential new clients.
- Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse according to company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
