3. Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, building and strengthening client relationships.
5. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
6. Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
7. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in accordance with company policies and procedures.
