1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive product knowledge and surpassing customer needs.
3. Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, building and strengthening relationships.
5. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to maintain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
6. Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
7. Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in accordance with company policies and procedures.
8. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
