1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products, exceeding customer expectations.
3. Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and up-selling to increase sales.
4. Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market.
5. Build and strengthen relationships with customers by adapting to diverse styles and ensuring customer comfort.
6. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing customers and identify new potential clients.
7. Manage product visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
