- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
- Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance sales.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new potential customers.
- Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse, adhering to company policies and procedures.
