1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
3. Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance sales.
4. Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market.
5. Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
6. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new potential customers.
7. Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse, adhering to company policies and procedures.
9. Comply with Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
