1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products, exceeding customer expectations.
3. Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance sales.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights with customers, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
5. Build and strengthen customer relationships by tailoring interactions to diverse customer styles and maintaining customer comfort.
6. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing customers and identify potential new clients.
7. Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in accordance with company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
