- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
- Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by aligning with diverse customer styles and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and discover potential new customers.
- Manage product visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse according to company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in clienteling and CRM systems.
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
