1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
3. Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury goods.
5. Build and strengthen customer relationships by aligning with diverse customer styles and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
6. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and discover potential new customers.
7. Manage product visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse according to company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.

2. Strong understanding of fashion trends and the luxury market.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role is required.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
