1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and individual sales targets.
2. Provide outstanding customer service by showcasing extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
3. Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and suggesting cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
4. Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with customers on trends and the luxury market.
5. Build and strengthen customer relationships by aligning with diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
6. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and discover new potential customers.
7. Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse as per company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of fashion trends and the luxury market.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
